Infotronicx Private Limited offers a warranty on selected products to ensure their quality and performance. If a product you purchased from our online store is covered under warranty, you may be eligible to make a warranty claim under the following conditions:


a. Eligibility for Warranty Claims:

i. The product must have been purchased from our official online store.

ii. The warranty period should not have expired.


b. Process for Warranty Claims:

i. Contact our customer support team within the warranty period with an Invoice.

ii. Provide the necessary details, such as the order number, product details, and description of the issue.

iii. Our customer support team will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may involve troubleshooting steps, requesting additional information, or returning the product for inspection.

iv. Ship the product back in its original packing with a copy of the Invoice with RMA Authorisation which is authorised by Infotronicx for Returns. Without these documents, no returns shall be accepted/processed.


c. Warranty Exclusions:

i. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

ii. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality.

iii. Damage caused by natural disasters or external factors beyond our control.


3. Non-Warranty Claims:


For products not covered under warranty, we regret that we cannot offer any return or refund options. We recommend reviewing the product specifications, features, and compatibility before making a purchase.
