  Customer Care
The goal of our Customer Care Team is to provide your office with the most effective and efficient assistance possible. We offer a comprehensive product with the latest features, but more importantly we have a responsive Customer Care Team which stands behind our product.
Infotronicx's Training Department manages Customer Care the first 90 days of use following software installation. The Support Department will assist customers anytime following the initial 90 days of use of the software.
From the moment you partner with Infotronicx, an account coordinator focuses on making the business and data transition to the Software as smooth as possible so you can start reaping the benefits from your investment quickly.
After your initial on-site training, the Customer Care Team will take over, providing additional in-depth assistance, assisting your office with questions, problems, and the ongoing learning process.
Our Customer Care Team provides ongoing technical support with expertise in all areas of software as well as computers and operating systems. We utilize the latest communication tools to answer your questions and solve your problems.
Our Customer Care Team can be reached Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 7:30pm IST.
